San Luis Potosí, SLP. – As part of the Spring-Summer 2018 Concert Season of the San Luis Potosí Symphony Orchestra presented by the Ministry of Culture, last Friday, May 11 and Sunday, May 13, the Viennese pianist Hanna Bachmann shared for the first time her art in our city by performing the Third Piano Concerto in C minor, Op.37, by Ludwig van Beethoven, with refined technique and great musicality, which earned her the recognition of the audience in the two performances at the Teatro de la Paz. Great Symphonic Concert (Concert Review by Hugo Rentería in ‚Pulso‘, May 13th)

The public stood up from their seats in the Teatro de la Paz to offer the Austrian pianist, Hanna Bachmann, a standing ovation lasting for ten minutes. Bachmann was the special guest for the concerts this weekend with the Orquesta Sinfónica de San Luis Potosí. Beethoven and Johannes Brahms were the composers that integrated the concert programme. Isabel Pfefferkorn and Hanna Bachmann are going to perform Schubert’s cycle in Vienna soon.

BREGENZ It caused a sensation in the county’s music scene, when two native artists courageously dared to perform Schubert’s cycle ‘Winterreise’, well-known as one of the most profound works of the romantic art song. The mezzo soprano Isabel Pfefferkorn (26) from Schlins and the pianist from Röthis Hanna Bachmann (24) wowed the full house with their juvenile fresh, unadorned approach.
